The rooms were more modern than I thought from the photos. Clean and comfortable with all essentials. the on-site restaurant served delicious, generous meals and the friendly staff provided excellent service.

Minor inconvenience with noise from nearby road for sensitive sleepers.

Convenient location, comfortable rooms, friendly staff. During our recent city trip, we found the location of our hotel very convenient. It was easily accessible from the main roads and close to shops and restaurants. The rooms were comfortable and provided everything we needed for a pleasant stay. The staff were also very friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome as soon as we arrived. Additionally, we appreciated the complimentary toiletries that were provided in the room.

Poor wifi connection and limited amenities. Unfortunately, the free wifi connection was not reliable and we struggled to access it consistently throughout our stay. This was especially frustrating as we wanted to use the internet to plan our activities in the area. Additionally, the amenities provided were limited, and we felt that more could have been offered for the price we paid for our stay. while we enjoyed our time at the hotel, there were a few shortcomings that impacted our experience.

Very clean neat and tidy with very friendly staff. The rooms were in near new condition and very well kept. Food was good quality and delivered with very prompt service.

There was nothing that I did not like.

We loved staying in this hotel! The location was perfect for our needs, with easy access to everything we wanted to see in the area. The hotel facilities were exceptional, with spacious rooms that were well-equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The cleanliness of the hotel was excellent, with well-presented rooms that had no odours and were very tidy. We were impressed with the variety of breakfast options and the quality of the food, which was always fresh and delicious. We also appreciated the helpful and welcoming staff who made us feel comfortable and at home during our stay.

We had a fantastic stay at this place! The 2-bedroom apartment was incredibly spacious, giving us plenty of room to relax and unwind. The lounge room, kitchen, and full-size bedrooms were all beautifully appointed, and the bathroom was just as luxurious as being at home. The staff were absolutely lovely, always friendly and helpful. The location was also a big plus, as it was close to everything we wanted to explore in the city. The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring that we got a great night's sleep.

We highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to this location.

The food was outstanding and excellent value, beds comfortable room cleanliness above average, nice and quiet even though we were on a main road, great location to all amenities. I would stay again.

Non smoking rooms, location and proximity to facilities, clean and comfortable

We had an amazing stay in this hotel located in a convenient area close to everything we needed in the city. The room was spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and helpful little details like cooking facilities and Foxtel. The staff were also incredibly friendly and accommodating. We particularly enjoyed being within walking distance to a great cafe for breakfast and a beautiful park. this hotel provided excellent service and facilities that made our trip more memorable.

The noise from the surrounding area was occasionally disruptive during the night.

The staff are always friendly and willing to help in any way. The rooms are spacious and price friendly

The alarm had been set by the previous occupier of the room and housekeeping had not turned it off, so of course it went off early in the morning waking us! The shower!! The pressure was absolutely terrible and made it difficult to get the temperature right - hard to get wet! I realise there are water restrictions, but the less water coming through, the longer you have to stand there to get clean!
